Municipalities that strive to create work forces that are representative of the diverse communities they serve cannot accomplish this goal without a recruitment process designed through the lens of diversity, equity and inclusion.

In this 45 minute presentation, we will discuss how to design a recruitment process that increases representation of historically underrepresented groups, how to make use of special program provisions under the Human Rights Code to achieve diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals, and human rights issues that may arise during the recruitment process.
