This session will explore how municipalities can attract and retain high caliber employees and support enhanced performance through transformation culture. It will include participants to a range of people-centred leadership and transformational HR practices, including David Liddle’s (TCM) Transformational Triangle.

Participants will learn that by rethinking may of the traditional approaches to HR practices and processes, they can support transformation of the culture of the culture of their organization to one that is high performing, inclusive, sustainable, adaptable and responsive to the needs and demands of today’s workforce. The session will offer practical tips and learnings from case studies.
