Please join us for the 2024 OMHRA Spring Workshop. The theme for this year's event is The Power of Inclusive People Strategies.

Over the course of two days, we will explore issues on topics such as:

inclusive municipal leadership,
progressive recruitment and evaluating recruitment strategies;
the intersectionality/competing human rights; restorative justice as well as
labour relations case law that supports inclusivity and belonging while meeting the legal test.

The event will take place live in Niagara Falls, Ontario from April 16 to 18, 2024.
