Please join us for the 2026 OMHRA Spring Workshop. The theme for this year's event is Resilient Workplaces: Navigating Incivility with Courage and Collaboration.

Over the course of two days, we will explore ways and means address everyday workplace incivility, foster psychological safety, and build cultures grounded in respect, accountability, and shared problem-solving.

The event will take place in Niagara Falls, Ontario from April 14 to 16, 2026.
